Contract ended but deductions continue even after cancellation.

My contract came to an end in February. I went to on the store to cancel and I was told to call MTN as cancellations are not done at the store. I went ahead and made a call where my contract was confirmed cancelled. There was a deduction last month and this month and I don’t understand why.😡
