Contract ended

I had a 2 year contract with you emailed were sent that my contract has come to an end now I'm receiving statements tht i should keep paying my question is what I'm i paying for because i called asking regarding my sim i was told it's suspended even your services at stores is pathetic because i haven't used it in over 6 months so what I'm i supposed to for i don't even have the simcard anymore if you want me to pay tht R600 i also want to be provided with a new sim and it must come with data and minutes of the past 8 months tht i haven't used it thank you ***
