CONTRACT ENDED 3 MONTH AGO BUT STILL PAYING FOR IT

In July my 24month contract with MTN ended. But they still were still taking money. After having contacted through emails and phone calls I was asissted and the debit orders stopped. However with a second contract that ended in September, debit orders for that contract is still going out. I have called several times and emailed and have been assured several times that it was fixed. I went to their store and I was told I wouldn't assist cause we are already dealt with it in email. Three months later and I'm still paying for contract I'm not using. I'm not getting any statements from MTN either.
