Contract

Good day trust you are well . It is with regret that I am writing to you today . I am so disappointed with Mtn online firstly I had a data contract with mtn and my contract expired on the 26 march ,and I called 135 and spoke to the consultant to confirm that I am canceling .okay then the consultant convinced me to take a data offer of 50GB so I agreed and then following day I decided that actually I no longer want to continue with the contract which I am given 7 days grace right ?

The following day I call which is Friday and the consultant tells me that unfortunately I have to be transferred to the first consultant that helped me with the contract and I asked do you guys work on Saturday the lady said yes . Now I send a text on the Facebook and the consultant said unfortunately I have to call on Monday because the department doesn't work .I don't get how people can't actually do they work!!! Today I call again !! I am told unfortunately I have to go to the store how nice!!! After being transferred from one department to another!! Sies Mtn online consultants you can do better I had the worst experience with you people!!! Glad I am no longer have a contract with mtn

Got to the store when I get there such a sweet helpful guy that helped me at president hyper krugersdrop big up to the guy !! 🌟👌keep up the good work!!
