Contract early termination

Which number do i call if i want out of a contract, i have tried 808 and they alwalys tell me they have to send an email to retention dept, it been 3 weeks now and every time i call im told the same amount of elephant ****. <br> One that really got to me is that this so called retention dept cannot be reached telephonically only via email. So a consultant must send an email on my behalf and i must call after six weeks to check if there was a response and lo and behold i will have to wait another six weeks as there will still be no response after the 1st six weeks.<br> Im really gatvol with mtn and would like to cancel both my contracts with immediate effect. Just tell me how much i owe you for early termination and i will settle and we can gladly part ways
