Contract Done.... Notice to change to Prepaid Done... Still debiting my account
This is so pathetic... 1stly you do not have any decent deals that I require... Then I have spoken to you many a time and then I get transferred to retentions and then............... nothing
So I request my number to be moved to prepaid last year already and you cant get that right... when will this be done?
I take it you are also not going to refund me......
