Contract dispute

took home internet premium package and was asked to pay upfront R755.56 when I was finally delivered I was told there's no coverage where I stay I must migrate and pay upfront R429 of which I did but still no coverage only to find that the person who was helping me with application used the wrong location and fixed location they can only change it after a year. My R1184.56 gone just like that .yesterday they debited R557.77 on my account I don't why and I tried to contact them no one assisted me
