Contract dispute

MTN have been failing me for the past three months, I have been trying to cancel a contract since January 2024. I was offered a new contract and when I agreed to it I requested that the previous contract be cancelled. now Both the contracts are suspended and I'm owing MTN R1700. Today I have been on the call for more than three hours trying to resolve this matters and i'm not getting assistance.
