Contract dispute

@MTN why do we as clients get to know later on that there's a company called Ison that is handling sales on behalf of MTN.. I took a contract with MTN and I strongly believe that all queries should be resolved by MTN. one of Ison retentions team **** to me in a bid to safe me as a client from canceling my contract and now when I want our recorded calls to be available so we can clarify a few things, I am told to contact Iain,,, a company that I don't know.*** please resolve my query before I report to the relevant authorities (consumer commission)
