CONTRACT DISCREPANCY
In January 2015 I had an upgrade on one of my contracts with MTN. I signed a contract stating 'No Promo Fees' payable. The contract I signed was for a total billing of R179 per month. However, since my first statement came, my account payment has been R299 per month. Contacting MTN on numerous occasions resulted in no joy. <br> <br> MTN refuses to uphold the contract between myself and them stating the new handset is payable under Promo Fee. Yet the contract signed states otherwise.
