Contract Disaster

Very disappointed with MTN, was called yesterday that I was handed over for a contract of the service I never received I don’t even remember them debiting my account. I sent them an email earlier this year asking them to cancel the contract their response was a billing of R950 for me to cancel, what was the point of settling a service that was never provided!!!
