Contract Device Plan Upgarde.

I'm not happy, i was due to contract upgrade a month ago for a cellphone device, went to almost all the MTN branches and called almost everyday to get assistance with the Samsung Galaxy Note 20, the standard one.... With no luck. My plan then was to end business with MTN since my last payment was this month.

Just went through MTN catalogue for September and yet they still advertising the very same device which i couldn't find anywhere with no help, so I'm frustrated how you guys do business because even worse none of the stuff members i went to their branch was able to let me know when i can they expecting stock. Is it false advertising?
