contract deliveries

have app**** for the external contract online and after two weeks when parcel was about to be delivered .biometrics failed then since the whole of last week have been waiting for the delivery !!! I don't understand how is this any of my problem!!! dsv driver advised that it might be a wrong package on my name hence biometrics failure !!! disgusted by this service
