Contract declined because of existing contract that was taken over to the legal team a year ago

<p>tried getting a contract phone with mtn and i was told that i was that i have an existing account that was handed over to the lawyers a year ago, now my question to them was why was i never been informed about this account and why no one ever tried to get a hold of me via email work or anything bacause the lady that i spoke to confirmed my work information so they had no excuss. nokuthua manqela ref ********** 17. she gave me a legal number to call since she said she coudnt help me out because my accout information doesnt shoow, when i called the legal department i was told that they have no information of me on their system. i am really disapointed and confused and need clearity on this and i need is sorted.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
