Contract declined

I app**** for a contract with MTN at the Cresta Branch - Bongani Nkuna assisted me and said its declined because I have accounts outstanding for 3 months. I disputed this and he said I should get a letter from transunion and he will resubmit. I got what he needed and he \resubmitted\".<br> After numerous follow ups he said it was still declined for the same reason.<br> <br> My credit report clearly shows that I have no accounts in arrears and my credit score is 869 which is considered very good.<br> <br> So why exactly am I being declined?<br> "
