Contract Cutoff, Billing Problems
I was unable to connect to the internet and was told that I was over my limit and had to pay R2117.88 to get re connected. I paid the money into ABSA Bank and on enquiring about my balance I was told I did not owe anything and that I was in credit. I told mtn to adjust my monthly stop order but no adjustment was made.
