Contract Correction

I once had a problem with a newly upgraded contract and One of the consultants helped me with my problem,

One MTN consultant called me and gave me misleading information about a contract upgrade. This led to me being bound to a contract I did not consent to. I had to pay fees I did not consent to.

I made MTN aware of this gross negligence and the consultant was able to help me with the grievance through investigation and the matter was resolved.
