Contract Concluded on False Information.
Please cancel the two contracts that your agent, at Mondo, signed me up for **********y. I was told I will be getting 152GB for R399 a month and that I was getting 20GB sim for free to use within 30 days. I called your Call Centre now and I am being told I ma actually on 2 contracts, one for R399 and another for R40 a month and that on the R399 contract I am actually getting 80GB. I cancelled my Rain sim, where I was paying R 479 for unlimited, because of the lies your agent told. Cancel this and tell me where I can drop off your router and simcards.

I tried calling earlier, held on for almost 30 minutes. i am holding, again, now an it's been 23 minutes.
