Contract Complaint

I renewed my cellphone contract in November through MTN Direct for inconvenience. Hagashny Naidoo was the agent that assisted me i took the Sony Xperia XA1 Utlra that supposed to comes with Free Volkano Bluetooth speaker. I was informed by her that for me to get a spe4aker i have to upload Xperia Lounge which i did but there was no voucher there. I then went to the closest MTN outlet only to be shown that the phone does come packaged with the speaker as a Combo. Since then which is 20th Nov 2017 i have been calling MTN direct and been sent everywhere and no one is able to assist me, "everyone tells me i have to speak to Hagashni which i s impossible because its a call centre. IS MTN HAGASHNI NAIDOO or and organisation? I wrote on MTN Twitter page NO ONE responded to my query but money is being deducted out of my account every month for the service that i am not receiving. MTN incompetency and the unprofessional call centre urgent that puts you on hold for 20min and hang up the phone in your eyes is unbelievable.
