Contract closure

This is a desperate call for someone to assist with canceling and closing my contract. I settled my account in May through SAYA recoveries and to date MTN doesn't want to close the account doesn't even want to see the statement I received from SAYA recoveries that shows zero balance and MTN has a R300 balance I don't know where it's coming from.
