Contract charges
<p>Dear Alice Van Der Mew </p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you for your response. When I 1st logged a complaint for July 2016 I was told I changed the usage limit,even though I did not I accepted the invoice and paid. I then changed the limit from R2340 to R0.00 please explain to me how then am I charged for increasing the limit when the phone was not active? How am I charged for an increase limit for 2months when I had deactivated it?</p> <p>I have gone through all my statements back dating from the beginning of the year and I would gladly send them to you or you can view them on your system from your end. There are amounts for all four of my contract lines but there are amounts of:</p> <p>R2539.61 for 1 January 2016<br />R2337.94 for 10 February 2016<br />R2386.34 for 9 March 2016</p> <p>These amounts are on top of my monthly contract instalments if you could please find out or clarify for me what those charges are for.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p>

The system reflect that you have made payment to the account, however the account has been paid short when payment was done. We will send to you the open items report that will reflect the payments and invoices. The usage limit was changed from your side to R0.00 only on the 15-9-2016. the itemized billing report for October reflect that the sim card has been used until 27-9-2016 @04:44:07 no usage after this date and time. The sim card has been suspended on the 7-10-2016@6:22.
The usage limit was not changed to R0.00 before this, the usage limit was only changed on the 15-9-2016 @15:10 to R0.00.
Please be advised the balance for R2539.61 for 1 January 2016 ,R2337.94 for 10 February 2016, R2386.34 for 9 March 2016 is not for invoice balance this is for the debit orders requested paid over to MTN on the 7th of every month when the account was on a debit order.
You have 4 lines on the account A***:***,***,*** and ***.
Cell *** has expired 2016-07-15. You may do the upgrade for this line once the account is paid up. Cell *** expired 2016-07-13.
If you wish not to upgrade this 2 lines you may request for this lines to be converted to prepaid, all airtime, sms and data need to be used up if anything left on the sim card it will be forfeited. Note that discount package is only valid for 24 month..
R2539.61 (January 2016) was for the December 2015 invoice and this debit comes back unpaid.
R2337.94 debit order for the Jan 2016 invoices. This debit returned as well
R2386.34 debit order was for the February 2016 invoices the debit returned un paid as well.
Every time the debit order comes back unpaid the system will add a RD fee for R11.40 to the account.
The open items report sent.
