CONTRACT CHARGE CHANGED WITHOUT NOTICE
<p>I have been with MTN for years on contract and was recently paying R720.50 each month on my account. Suddenly as of 1st Oct 2016 they started debiting me amount of R906.50 without any notice at all and I have not been given any reason why the debit was changed. From my invoices it appears that they have suddenly changed my contract to a higher priced contract!! I have not changed my contract or billing at all and certainly have not requested any change.</p>

Please be advised that the 24 month promotional contract for mobile number 073****768 ended on 2016-09-09, the contract is now on a month to month basis. The promotional discounts have fallen away and now the standard monthly subscription fee is app****. Please visit your nearest MTN store for our latest upgrade deals.
