Contract cansel

I am trying to cancel my month to month contract, I've been holding for 3 days to get to the right department, after talking to 7 people and answering the same questions, the 7th person tells me I am failing my security check.... now I lost it, i have been put thru to a different department and are holding a nother 42 min...and still holding....no this is a pathetic company
