Contract cancelltion
I had a 24 months contract with MTN which was supposed to expire in May. I went to the MTN shop to notify them that i want to cancel it when it lapses, but they told me to call 808. I called 808 and was told they will TRY to cancel it. They had problems due to the strike action. I got no notification of cancellation. I then emailed the cancellation department, no response still. To my surprise i got upgraded to some higher product offering without my knowledge or consent. They could not cancel my contract yet they managed to upgrade me. I want my contract cancelled because i do not need it anymore. That's all i want
