Contract Cancelled: still getting charged.

In September I cancelled my contract with MTN. Now after 2 months, I get notified the SIM is cancelled, and apparently I owe R780.00. In addition to this, they state they are in the process of blacklisting me. However, I never got any accounts, or notification that the cancelled contract was in fact never cancelled, and I owe them money.

Please urgently assist to rectify this. Also, I will need written confirmation that the process of blacklisting is stopped.
