Contract cancelled, still deducting monthly
I cancelled my contract in February 2015. Every month an amount of at least R2000 is still deducted from my account. I am unable to contact MTN as, according to their records I am on pay as you go. Their friendly menu selection service prevents you from engaging with any person. I want them to stop the deduction and to refund me with interest.

There were 2 lines under your business account and on our system records there is only a request to have the 082****059 number migrated to prepaid and 082****994 is still active under the business contract which is why you are still being billed.
