contract cancelled still deducting

Please note this contract was taken out in June 2022. I CANCELLED and paid this contract in full on the 21/2/2022. Amount paid was R4,765.87. That was the amount given to me. I then get notification you tried to deduct R412.01 from my account 10 months later and I receive an SMS that services are suspended. I do not have any contract with you!!!! What are you trying to deduct money for and why suspend my services if I paid the contract In full?? Can you urgently sort this out and advise???
