Contract cancelled in October but I'm still billed
I cancelled my contract in October 2015 that I no longer needed as I no longer use the device. I have officially spoken to 6 people from MTN but this has not been resolved. I am still being billed every month for a device that I haven't used in months and no ones seems to be able to help me. I'm beyond disappointed to say the least!!! The retentions department is useless and this is ****************!!
