Contract cancelled in April 2014 - NOT PROCESSES

I have cancelled my contract in April 2014 - I have the proof that they received the request and busy processing - but due to a computer crashed - lost the other correspondence - But I do have the proof that I requested them to confirm 2 months after. Now I get summons and harassed by their \"Attorneys"\"" for payment of services used. HELLO... This is ridiculous - Now I must pay for \""\""SOMEBODY\""\"" that did not do their job.
