Contract cancelled

I have sent an email and also phoned to you end of July or requesting that you must cancel my contract because its been expired the 24 months so i don't understand when you keep sending me your datas and billing me while i have cancelled my contract with you. Please check your call roster and cancelked my contract with immediate effect.
