Contract Cancelled Clarification: A***
Good day My name is Kutlwano Mahonko and I have resorted to hellopeter due to the lack of service from mtn,s retentions department. I paid up and canceled both my contracts on 26.06.2020. I tried calling the retentions department numerous times and no one answers the calls. I am kept on hold for longer abnormal time frames. I wanted clarification on the below.
1. I want to be assisted with a settlement letter for both numbers I cancelled.
2. I would like to know why the debit order went through yesterday 30.06.2020 when the contract has been canceled? I was told that there won't be any additional payments as at 26.06.2020.

Please be advised that i havent received a call from MTN advising why my account was debited and I havent received my settlement letter.
To make things worse I recieved an invoice and statement for an amount payable 01.08.2020. Please can i get concrete feedback.

Please be advised that i havent received a call from MTN advising why my account was debited and I havent received my settlement letter.
