CONTRACT CANCELLED BUT MTN STILL DEDUCTING???
I cancelled my contract in October 2015, after a long struggle my number was eventually migrated to pay as you go! to my surprise MTN is still deducting money from my account, i cannot get hold of anyone for explanation i have been sending emails with no response, all i need to know is why are you deducting money when my account is paid up and you have provided me with the settlement amount, i want my money back please and i require a settlement letter on this contract, any further debit on my account i will not take it lightly it is ******* as i do not have any contract with yo, you are basically *****ing from me -
