Contract Cancelled

<p>Went into MTN Cresta on the 29th of August, 2016 to cancel cell phone contract number ********** 957. No joy as of today. Phoned 2 weeks ago to get a ref: ********** and still nothing.</p> <p>Be warned MTN knows nothing about customer satisfaction and I will be cancelling more contracts with them. </p> <p>Take a contract with MTN at your own peril !!!!!!!</p>

Our system reflect that cell number *** was port in to MTN 11-9-2015 the term cancellation date for this contract is only due 2017-09-10.

As per our online discussion I have sent to you the migration application to change the package from Anytime 750 to Anytime 750 Top up.

The system reflect a migration fee of R86.84 that will be added to the next invoice.

Please complete the migration application and send back to me requested on the company letterhead with authorized signature and ID copy attached to assist you.

The user of the sim card is using content service, this is not part of MTN service. The user of the sim card need to add the following short code to prevent for this service to be charged against the account: You may use the following USSD code to block the content service providers: *141* 5 # select option written content billing. This charge cannot be refunded or credited.

The content service provider used is buddiechat with content service provider (Basebone) Your unsubscribe has been logged as #***.
