contract cancellations request
after cancelling my contract(A***) twice via email with Tshepiso and take this problem to hello peter on the 26 of November... still nothing was done... still MTN is sending me mails and sending me sms like further action on your MTN SP acc commencing today.. Contact VVM on *** to make repayment arrangements.. for what must I pay if my contract was already due for cancellation and the email was send twice to MTN for cancellation...they insist on amount of R2874.72... they can contact me so that I can send them the mails again where I'm requesting cancellation..on my last hello peter complain I only got feedback that they can't find my account

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the breakdown in service experienced.
We've perused your account history and cannot locate a cancellation request noted. In order for us to resolve the matter, we will require that you provide us with of requesting a cancellation.
Please send us both e-mails that you've sent with the reference numbers received from the auto response to *** or fax it to *** marked attention Tim.
We wil then be able to get our Legal Department to correct the account and get the file closed with the attorney.
Once again we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
