Contract cancellations

Mtn really needs to do better, i app**** for a contract in July and have been trying to cancel for over a week with no luck due to bad service. When i call retentions they tell me they don’t cancel contracts i need to go to the store, when i get to the store, they tell me they don’t cancel contacts i should call retentions. This is absolutely ridiculous! Please do better!
