Contract cancellation/ended

Okay, MTN is starting to disappoint me and annoy me at the same time.

Mid June I made couple of calls enquiring about when my contract is ending and I was advised that if I proceed it will be cancelled on the 20th of July 2024. 2nd of August I received bank notification that MTN tried to debit money on my account. Please explain to me that how on earth your agents can just ignore all the calls I made about my cancellation the entire month just to find out that it hasn’t been cancelled or been placed to a different package without my consent????

I also received SMS’s to confirm that indeed I have cancelled my contract with you guys. My number is ***. I am not happy with the shady business you guys are running and I don’t know where you guys think you’ll get the money because I have explained that i am currently unemployed
