Contract Cancellation with MTN a nightmare

Hi I am trying to terminate my contract with MTN its a nightmare. You could never get never get hold of the retention department, I have already made 4 long calls. If i signed a 24 month contract with MTN there isnt a need for to make calls to terminate my contract, on the date of the 24th month this contract should end. I dont believe that a company like MTN should be giving their customer a run around. This is unprofessional. I would not advise anyone to take a contract with MTN.

I have seen many complaints and still MTN does noth nothing improve this service, nobody want to lose a client but at the same time MTN needs consider if the customer affordability.

MTN service really super bad, I WONT ADVISE ANY PERSON TO BIND YOURSELF ON A 2 YEAR CONTRACT WITH MTN.
