CONTRACT CANCELLATION, WHAT MORE DO I HAVE TO DO TO GET IT CANCELLED?

I spoke to Lukhanyo for 18 minutes, 7 seconds canceling my contract, was told to it will take 20 days before cancelling. I just received a trying to update my contract and was told that there is no cancelling on their side. What more do I have to do to cancel my contract?
