Contract cancellation. Sick and tired of the poor service.

MTN you are busy irritating me!!!My contract with you expires on the 21st of September 2016. I phoned today to make sure that my cancellation request was loaded by Tebogo as per my discussion with her on the 15th of August 2016 and that the last debit order on my account will be processed on the 1st of September 2016 as Tebego confirmed on the day we spoke. The reference number she gave me is ********** 96. Today I was told by Rafoelwe no cancellation request has been loaded on this reference number. Tebogo only captured a security check. Rafoelwe also told me that MTN no longer accepts a 30 day notice and that I will have to phone back on the day that the contract expires or thereafter for the request to be actioned and that the last debit order will then only go off on the 1st of October 2016. This is absolute nonsense! This was NOT the agreement I signed with MTN! This contract expires on the 21st of September 2016 and I want it cancelled accordingly! Please consider this my 30 day notice as per the original agreement. Failure to adhere will be taken up with the ombudsman. I am sick and tired of the nonsense from your company!

Your urgent feedback is required.
