Contract Cancellation Services

The worst experience I ever had. I paid the cancellation fee called to cancel only to find out 3 months later that it wasn't cancelled. They take forever to answer or attend to your matter. I am quite disappointed and annoyed. I literally waited for 1h and 30 min for the retentions department to answer.
