Contract cancellation of deceased

My dad passed away on March 6, I visited MTN East Rand Mall on March 18 to cancel his phone contract. I handed in the original contract, verified copy of his ID and his death certificate. On 24 April, I went back because the contract has not been cancelled. I phoned 808 this morning - twice, and got 2 different answers, but still no joy. I am already traumatized by my dad's passing, is it necessary to traumatize me more?? I dealt with Kevin Mbele, who sent mail to Shane Williams. Did Shane also pass away??
