Contract cancellation not done
I have requested for the cancellation of contract on my SIM card since the contact ended June, but they have not made changes , I still see debit
Being in the call for the cancellation department, not picking up

04 Aug 2021, 09:32Being trying to call MTN retensions, and also sent an email to cancel my contract but with no help, because now they will charge me as prepaid every month, since last month i have being sending emails with no response, please help, to cancel my contract. My reference
