Contract cancellation not cancelled till today.

Pathetic, annoying service I received from MTN, I have never given MTN a hard time to pay for my cellphone contract, however they are giving a hard time to cancel my phone contract which I requested for cancellation in February this year, I was told that the cancellation has not been finalised since from February till today, and reversing funds that they deduct from my account is affecting my credit score. I have never used any other networks except for MTN since I was a child, but now I see MTN as a failure. I intend to cancel everything I have with MTN because they are failing us. What happened to you MTN. Please cancel my contract and waive the fee that I reversed. Reference number: ***
