Contract Cancellation Nightmare

Trying to cancel a contract is one of the hardest things I've had to do in my life, not only is the so-called "retention" department ***********, Mtn makes it purposely difficult for anyone to cancel a contract. Spent hours on hold to no avail, went to a Mtn store and they also said the process is unreasonably difficult as they themselves have been on hold for hours. I have yet to be able to cancel my contract, This is pitiful, I will be lodging a complaint to the NCC for Mtn's bad business practices.
