CONTRACT CANCELLATION NIGHTMARE.....

I have been a loyal customer to MTN and had a contract with them for years, now the contract has ended i have been calling their call center for assistance with regard to cancelling my contact, every time i call my call is placed on hold for hours and when i go to the MTN store they tell me that the cant help with cancelling the damn contract and now the keep debiting my money. The service at MTN IS HORRIBLE.. Wouldn't advice anyone to take their contract.
