Contract Cancellation Nightmare

We cancelled a contract only to find out that we are still being billed. The worst part is that the money is still deducted from our account every month.

We cancelled it before coming to the UK and now we are struggling to get someone to help. Even in South Africa it took weeks to get someone to help, only to find out that what we asked for was never done.

I think @ICASA needs to help consumers with the impossible task of cancelling a contract in the country. Why does cancelling a contract need to be such a hassle?
