Contract cancellation NIGHTMARE!
<p>It's been 10 MONTHS... Every month, we cancell our contract, EVEY month we get billed by MTN. We have to constantly reverse payments through our bank. You are taking money that isn't yours to begin with. I don't get how it can be so difficult. We don't want anything to do with you anymore. We don't even want your apologies. We just want you to stop *****ing from us. Your service delivery and customer service is the worst on planet earth. CANCELL THIS **** CONTRACT FOR GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>

Please note that as per our telephone conversation the number was moved to prepaid on the 2016-05-19. Please note the outstanding balance is due to charges occurred after your data allocation was depleted and you were charged on the account at out of bundle rate for invoice dated 2016-04-20, invoice number E ********** 39. A request has been sent to the billing division to provide you with a full url usage report. Kindly take note the turnaround time for the report is 3/7 working days.
