Contract cancellation made hard to get!

Hi, I went to 14th Ave office looking for cancellation for contract. It's due to expire in 4 months time. After waiting for 30 min in queue to speak with consultant, I got a phone # to track process. Number never answered. Today, I had spend other 30 min on phone from menu to menu, and finally speaking with consultant. Gave a # for cancellation department where I get a fax tone. MTN call centre and customer service is useless. It's an IT company that works in stone age time. Instead of make things easy, online. Make you waste your time, money and patients with poor service delivery.
