Contract cancellation issues

I am not happy with MTN we had a contract with them, the contract ended last year we have been trying to cancel the contract, and we are being sent to pillar to post with no assistance and the money keep deducted. If we go to the Batch in Canival Mall they give us 083135 to call as they can not help us with cancellation. When we call 135 they keep transfering us untill money for the call is finished. The only person that alway try to help is Ntombifuthi Bangani but she is unfortunalty not in the cancelation department. MTN is providing poor service on contract. I am not sure if I can recieve my money back they dont miss the date on debiting but dont want to cancel the contract, what action should I take. Because even if I request a office which I can go to in MTN HQ to solve this they will say I will not get assistance I need to call 135.
