Contract Cancellation Frustration

The most Frustrating process in cancelling a Contract since August 2023 with no JOY only reference numbers and a speech of how the process needs to followed while my account gets debited every month only debits no cancellation. And when i call i still have to listen to the story of the process but they do not care for the customer.
